  • Built from real media buying math used on live Meta Ads accounts.

  • Every result ties back to the levers you actually steer: spend, ROAS, margin.

Which calculator to use

Pick the calculator by the question you need answered this week.

If you do not know your profit floor yet, start with the Break-even Calculator. You enter AOV, product cost, payment fees, VAT, shipping and fulfillment, and it returns the break-even ROAS and break-even CPA for one order. Every other result on this page is easier to judge once you know that number.

To see how much profit different budgets would leave, open the Target ROAS Matrix. It lays out revenue and profit for 100 combinations of ad spend and ROAS, with your VAT and COGS taken off, so you can see which ROAS a bigger budget needs to stay profitable.

When ROAS is below target and you need to choose what to work on, use the Crystalball Calculator. It improves CPM, CTR, conversion rate and AOV by 20% one at a time and shows which change moves ROAS the most.

If the ad metrics look fine but sales do not follow, the Bottleneck Calculator follows your traffic from outbound click to purchase and names the step that loses the most people against a healthy range.

The LTV Calculator covers repeat buyers. It works out what a customer brings in across all their orders and checks your LTV to CAC ratio, which tells you how much you can pay to win a customer who comes back.

Running more than one paid channel? The Channel ROI Calculator takes spend, AOV, purchases and product cost for one channel and returns CPA, net profit and ROI, so you can compare channels on profit instead of revenue.

Ecommerce Calculators FAQ

Which ecommerce calculator should I use first?

The Break-even Calculator. It gives you the break-even ROAS and CPA for one order, and the results of the other calculators only make sense against that floor.

What is the difference between break-even ROAS and target ROAS?

Break-even ROAS is the ROAS where an order makes zero profit after all its costs. Target ROAS is the ROAS you aim for, set above break-even so profit is left over. If your break-even ROAS is 2.62, every campaign running below 2.62 loses money on each order, so your target has to sit higher.

How do I calculate break-even ROAS?

Divide your average order value by the profit left on one order after product cost, fees, VAT, shipping and fulfillment. With an AOV of 90 and 34.32 left after costs, break-even ROAS is 90 / 34.32 = 2.62.

What is the difference between ROAS and ROI?

ROAS is revenue divided by ad spend. ROI is net profit divided by ad spend, so product cost and ad spend come off first. A ROAS of 3.00 can be an ROI of 120% once product cost is paid.

Are these calculators free?

Yes. There is no signup and no email gate. Type your numbers and the results update as you type.
