Streetwear Marketing That Took One Brand from 400K to 2.4M in 4 Months

The Brand Before Us
The brand was almost a year old when we started. It grew on micro-influencer posts paid for with free clothes and on low-budget TikTok ads, and made about 400K in its first 8 months.
Before us, the owner tried a marketing agency for two months and cut it. That was the right call, but the agency left the Meta ad account with a spending limit, and that limit was still on when we went into Black Week.
What We Did
1. Create UGC Creative Strategy System
Through November we raised the number of posts from micro-influencers. We wanted the target audience to see the brand on everyone around them, because streetwear sells on recognition. Barter collaborations are slow, since every post waits for a parcel, so we booked the volume weeks ahead. Demand kept building right up to the week when people spend the most.
2. Offer Testing Strategy Using Flash Sales Framework
Black Week lasts about ten days, and days three and four are the hardest because people save their money for Black Friday and the weekend after. We ran flash sales in the weeks before to find the offer that converts, so the Black Week budget went into an offer we had already tested.
3. Black Week on a Limited Meta Account
TikTok ran at a few thousand a day. On Meta the spending limit held us back, and even Meta's own reps called the situation weird. We still hit 100K in sales on Black Friday and closed November at 781K.
4. Christmas with Full Meta Budgets
The limit came off right after Black Friday. In December we ran evergreen campaigns next to a Christmas angle on Meta and added another 643K in sales. About a third came from Meta and two thirds from TikTok ads and organic content.
5. The Days After Christmas
Most advertisers switch off when Christmas hits. This audience gets a lot of its Christmas gifts as cash, so we pulled back for a few days and pushed again in the last week of December and the first week of January.
6. January and February
January is slow for most ecommerce brands. With urgency in the offers and tight control of the budgets it still brought in solid revenue.
Our mistake was launching the Valentine's sale too early. The winter sale should have run longer, with the next launch timed for early February when people get paid. February closed at 426K. CPA was slightly higher and still well in profit thanks to strong margins.
Results
In 4 months the brand made 2.4M in sales from 8,416 orders. That is six times the 400K it made in the 8 months before we started, and the plan is to keep scaling through the whole year.

- November: 781K in sales, 100K of it on Black Friday
- December: 643K
- February: 426K
- From about 400K over 8 months to 2.4M in 4 months
The longer version, including the agency story, is in the streetwear brand case study.
Client Testimonial
"I'm more than satisfied with the collaboration. I always believed and knew there was a way to skyrocket sales to this level, but I didn't know how — then I came across you, and we started hitting numbers like this. You showed me what's possible in eCommerce, and I think that if I had done it alone, I wouldn't have reached this level in a year. So once again, thank you so much — the amount I'm earning now has allowed me to move to the city center, and I'm planning to buy a BMW 3 Series haha."

Streetwear Marketing FAQ
How do you market a streetwear brand?
Build recognition with a steady volume of micro-influencer content, test offers before the big sales periods, then scale the winning offer with Meta ads alongside TikTok. Plan the budget around the calendar: Black Week, Christmas, the days after Christmas and paydays.
Does a streetwear brand need influencers or ads?
Both. For this brand, micro-influencer posts created the demand and paid ads on Meta and TikTok turned it into sales at scale.
Which works better for streetwear, Meta ads or TikTok ads?
They work best together. In December, a third of this brand's sales came from Meta and two thirds from TikTok ads and organic content.
When should a streetwear brand start preparing for Black Friday?
In early November at the latest. Use flash sales to test offers before Black Week, so you scale a proven offer when traffic is most expensive.
